They always exceed my expectations and I know I can always count on them to do a great job! Dr Nguyen and her staff take great care of me and I am in and out of the office in no time. I never have to wait long to be seen. Not only are they efficient, but they are also very thorough. They talk me through the procedure and give me clear instructions afterwards. Each room has a TV so it makes the experience very enjoyable. There are also very cute cartoon pictures with silly dental jokes posted throughout the office. My daughter is three years old and Absolute Smile was her first dentist visit. She was really scared the first time (bright lights, masks, etc..), she even cried, but the staff and dentists were very patient and understanding of her. They even made her feel comfortable by the end of her first visit.
6 months after that appointment she had another cleaning. She was so excited to go and she trusted them. The employees even allowed her to touch/hold some of the equipment to make her more comfortable. They are amazing. :)
I called them at 1:00pm today, due to a tooth ache that was unforgiving! They squeezed me in for a 1:30pm appointment. They were super friendly, super willing to answer all of my questions. I will never go to another dentist! The staff at this facility went above and beyond!! I'm not good with dental work and I asked them to play music for me and instead of brushing my request off and just taking my money, they played the music I wanted! I have nothing but respect for this facility and everyone that works here! Not to mention they do quality work! I've gone to other dentist and have been very disappointed, but for the first time, I walked out with a smile on my face! I seriously am above and beyond impressed with the facility and the staff!
